Batch Stock Movements

BATCH-IT! Processes All Stock Movements in 'Batch' Mode (i.e. Receipts, Issues, Returns, Allocations, De-Allocations, Adjustments, Transfers).

In addition, batch Documents are produced and stored on file for audit purposes and future reviews.(e.g. Batch Transfer Notes, Batch Issue Notes, etc.).

Useful For:

Fast Stock-Take, using Batch Adjustments.The system 'browses' the stock file on pre-selected criteria. The user enters 'Stock-Count' quantity against 'In-Stock' quantity. The system in turn calculates the necessary 'Adjustments' and commits to stock on confirmation, producing appropriate documentation (Stock-Take Note).

Sale or Return Goods despatch, using Batch Transfers.
